Tents 'n' Events

Rich went above and beyond to make sure my tent and dance floor were perfect. At times it was hard to get a hold of someone at the office but they definitely came through and made my event beautiful! The tent they put up was bigger and higher than what other vendors offered me and the price was very competitive. Initially the crew had some trouble setting up my dance floor exactly how my party planner wanted it and Rich came himself to make sure it was done right; he even upgraded it to include side lighting so that guests would be better able to see all the edges and not risk having someone fall. Tent N Events were great to work with! As a bride, I really only felt anxious about two things: 1) the weather during our ~outdoor~ ~January~ wedding ceremony/ reception and 2) COVID-19. To address concern #1, we decided to hold a tent for our day, just in case. It's January, we thought: the average rate of preciption is real low in Miami! Well, weather proved us wrong.

Our wedding day's forecast was looking iffy all week (30-40% chance of rain), and we ultimately decided to put up the tent the day before our wedding. They delivered without any problems, and thank goodness because it did indeed rain both before and during our ceremony. Putting it up the day before kept the grass in the area dry and not-muddy the following day). Also want to note that the tent itself was very classy looking - it was clear, and we hung string lights inside of it.

We had them cover a pool and put up a tent for a wedding at the W South Beach n 11/20/2021 and Tents n Events has done the WORST job ever for customer service, professionalism, and ability to get the job done (borderline scammers). I have never dealt with people who were more rude or irresponsive. Buyer beware!

Most amazing and caring staff. Helped bring our students Dream Prom come to life! Was professional and reasonably priced; plus delivery staff was knowledgeable and fast. Can not say enough good things about our experience. Will definitely be using them at future events!

Tents N Events were very professional and handled everything as needed. I used them for my backyard wedding and rented a large clear tent. They were accommodating and timely. The pricing was also very competitive. Everyone was easy to work with and very nice. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Covering the pool with the see through, lit up dance floor made the party! What an impact! Could not have worked out better for us. People were super impressed and we loved having the extra space. Install was professional and right on time. Great job!

We were very happy with the set up and service with Tents n events. We did an acrylic pool cover and tent for my daughters birthday party and the whole process was flawless from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Tents n events and use them again.

Great customer service from the phone to the door. Friendly helpful and prices well for our needs. They are absolutely the best processing the building permits. They got my permit approved at The Miami Dade County Building department in less than one week, even the manager of the venue couldn't believe it.

Tents N Events has been our "go to" for our Annual Church Carnival for several years. They have extended the Church a great price for an entire week of rental. They have provided excellent customer service, installation of multiple tents and have arranged for Permit documents. We have greatly appreciated their professional and friendly service.

I am so impressed with this company. About 5 weeks ago I reached out to them on FB Messenger to find out about tents for a party on June 9. I didn't follow up with them as I was referred to another company by a friend who does lots of parties. Well the other tent company wound up being a no-show the day prior so I called and spoke with Carlos at Tents N Events.

I let him know what happened and he asked me what I needed. They were able to get me a 20x20 and 20x10 tent delivered the next morning. They saved my daughters graduation party since it was a rainy day. Highly recommend this company above any other when you need a tent. They are professional and very accommodating.

Highly recommended company. When I began planning everyone kept sending me here from the flower company to the photographers to the coordinators. It was annoying at first because I wanted options. After I spoke with Janine I realized they had more options than I could have ever imaged, were straight toward, good prices, and responsive. There's really no where else you have to go. Janine picks up your calls and answers emails like texts! Sucks to work with companies that take 2-3 days to get back to you when you're planning something as important as a wedding, but none of that here. Thanks again Janine for your time and patience. I know I can be a real pain lol

Definitely the best service I've experienced in the party rental shopping I've done. Not only were they the most prompt to respond to my inquiries, but also the most professional and friendly. It was refreshing to see their prices were very reasonable vs other companies. Anytime I called or emailed, they always responded quickly and made sure I felt valued as a customer. My order was delivered on time and pickup was as agreed. Really pleased that they went above and beyond. I'll definitely refer my friends.

What a great company. Had a big birthday party that they came in and cover the pool with plexiglass and put lights underneath in an array of beautiful colors The tent was 20 ft tall with chandeliers hanging. The staff and owner was polite and professional. I highly recommend them.
