I'm always super impressed with their work. I usually drop in and say I want something like this and want to pay this much and the arrangements are always stunning. Bravo to an amazing local florist!

I was in a pinch today. wanted to send some flowers to a loved one at El Camino Hospital. Their gift shop had just closed, but they transferred me right over to Oakbrook! The nice man who answered the phone was extremely helpful, even once they had been done with deliveries for the day. He made it happen and even called to let me know that they had been delivered. Forever grateful for the incredible customer service and gorgeous, cheerful arrangement! Thank you so much!

Did not expect too much when got an order under the 'sympathy'. But when got the flowers, it is so beautiful! Fresh and full of flowers! The price is also amazing, better than other local stores have checked! Good place to buy flowers.

Oakbrook florist in Mountain View did a phenomenal job creating unique and beautiful centerpieces for our friends wedding, Roy did an amazing job once again and we highly recommend Oakbrook for your floral arrangements.

I've been coming to this florist for over 10+ yrs and I receive consistent quality service every time. Recently, I had a loved one hospitalized and wanted to send her a get well soon bouquet. I called Oakbrook Florist told them my friend just got out of the hospital, and wanted to send flowers today. This is my budget. The nice gentleman who answered the phone politely took all my info and that's was it!

I could have done this online but considering the circumstance, the human personal contact just made feel better. This why I support my local small business whenever I can and I implore you all to do the same! Thank you.

I found this Florist because it is close to where my girl lives, I called on a Sunday and Ray was MORE than helpful with finding a perfect time to deliver the flowers. Ray made it so easy for me to call him and work with me on when to deliver the flowers because my girl's schedule was so busy! I then used him again for a same day delivery, Ray made it happen in a matter of hours! Ray is my Florist guy! He should be yours too!

The photo of the colorful bouquet is the practice bridal bouquet Carol Ralles made for my 2016 wedding. (I practically jumped up and down with glee when she presented it to me and told her how much I loved it.) The other photo is of what she gave me on my wedding day. She made two boutonnieres: one was perfect which she gave to the best man. The other was wilted which she gave to the groom. Later, I told Carol that I was feeling heartbroken about my bouquet.

Being a nice person, she kindly asked how could she make it up to me. I only asked for a bouquet of flowers. It was so ugly. She did a nice job on the flowers for the room. She did a fine job on the bridesmaid's bouquet and a great job on the best man's boutonniere. Decide for yourself.

Carol was so nice and accommodating. I gave her minimal instructions. Based on what I had seen on her website, I told her I trusted whatever design and selection of flowers she thought best. She exceeded my expectations.

Carol is amazing! Not only does she create beautiful arrangements; when I was in a bind to find a florist to deliver flowers to a friend in the hospital she was extremely helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to do same day delivery yet she was willing to refer me to her competition. She followed up a few hours later with two other suggestions and to make sure I managed to find something for my friend. Hands down the best customer service I've had with a floral design artist/small business owner. She believes in cultivating customer relationships vs making a quick buck off of people. So looking forward to calling her next time I have floral needs again.

The BEST! I live in Illinois and have ordered flowers from FTD, and several other flower shops in the Mountain View area ( for the last 8 years ) and never received what was ordered or worth the money I spent until NOW. The flowers where fresh and the vase was full. They delivered them as I asked and also let me know when they delivered them. How nice! The smile on my daughter in laws face said it all! Carol was wonderful to work with for our wedding flowers. I wanted bright, bold sunset colors (sunflowers, dahlias.) for our wedding and wasn't sure how to pull it off. Carol met with us showing options and adjusting small details based on what I was looking for. The flowers on our wedding day were stunning and exactly what I wanted, and they were affordable as well. I would absolutely recommend Carol and her work.

From the beginning she was able to help bring into life the vision I had, even with my limited understanding of flowers. The bouquet, boutonniere, and hair piece came out beautiful. Carol did an amazing job with a limited budget. She decorated the arbor in our back garden with draped voile fabric (which I provided) and affixed a beautifully crafted bouquet with green branches and soft flowing flowers in the middle. The bridal bouquet and boutonniere were perfect, as were the matching bouquets for the dining tables. She has a creative and artistic eye, and was so easy to work with. We highly recommend working with Carol on your wedding or special event.

We waited to write this review for when we received the pictures from our photographer. : There are not enough words to describe how beautiful and 'exactly how I want it' Carol made our wedding! The flowers, feel and theme were spot on! I felt like a princess in a fairytale, just like I hoped. She is worth every penny and more -- especially since she is such a great person.

You can tell she truly loves her work and wants to make your wishes come true. A few weeks before the wedding, we went to her workshop so she could show us examples that she made for the wedding. They turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for. On the wedding day, Carol and her team transformed our church and our reception venue without a hitch! She's simply wonderful. Carol is such a lovely lady and her flower arrangements are absolutely astonishing! Carol is very approachable, so easy to talk to and extremely responsive with emails. It took me a while to figure out what exactly I wanted for my wedding bouquets and boutonnieres so Carol and I did countless back and forth emailing until we got the exact colors, style, and types of flowers I liked. Carol not only found me the gorgeous (and expensive) David Austin Roses in the exact colors I wanted, but she even put a lot more of them into my bouquets than I expected. Furthermore, I met with Carol twice in person for my consultation and she was always so welcoming. Carol's skills, knowledge and patience also went way beyond my expectations and I am very pleased. I cannot thank Carol enough for my beautiful wedding flowers!

Carol from Design with Flowers did a wonderful job with my wedding flowers! I got married at the Rengstorff House in Mountain View and called Carol when searching for a local florist. We actually never met in person (due to my crazy schedule) and we did the consultation via phone and then I emailed her ideas I had for the flowers. She created a bouquet for me, designed and set-up flowers for our arch, boutonnieres for my husband and his groomsmen, a long garland for our sweetheart table, and a flower crown for me to wear during the reception. Carol knows what she is doing and can understand a bride's vision. Her prices are great and she will advise you on flower types that will keep you in your budget. It was a joy! Thank you, Carol!

Carol really impressed us when she provided flowers for our wedding. She did all of the centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. We had a quite different, somewhat modern style in mind (succulents, artichokes, ferns) and she pulled it off beautifully. She was very flexible and kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. We were so happy we decided to have her be a part of our big day!
