Linahan Limousine

Used Linahan for Logan rides to and from Derry a few weeks ago. Excellent service, price was more than fair. Wendy and her team of drivers were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely book with them again in the future!

Our family got caught up in the canceling of flights that was occurring globally over the holidays '21. We found out at 4 am that our 8 am flight on Christmas was cancelled so did not need the driver to take us to the airport. The matter was out of our hands. We were not only not refunded, but they also didn't credit us for a future ride. Most importantly, the owner of the company, Wendy, treated me with a complete lack of empathy and even with sarcasm when I reached out. I have rarely been treated with such little respect as a human, let alone a customer. I would never recommend this company to friends/family.

I've periodically used Linehan for transport to/from Logan for years. Always had great experience with professional, courteous drivers. Last night, went beyond my expectations! We had taken the bus to Logan and left our car at the Exit 2 Park and Ride lot two weeks ago. I booked a Linehan ride from Logan because our flight was scheduled for late evening, after the busses stopped running. George picked us up at Logan and brought us to Exit 2.

As we were taking luggage out of the trunk, he said "I'll wait and make sure your car starts." Well, it didn't. The battery was so dead, I couldn't even unlock the doors. George graciously took us home from there. I was very relieved that he waited and that he resolved the problem for us! Kudos to George and Linehan Limousine!

Had a wonderful experience with Linahan Limousine Service. Give them a call next time you are in need of a limo.

Critical: Professionalism The lady who answered the phone was not understanding at all. I personally could not recommend after my experience with this company.

We used Linahan limo service on Saturday for my daughters wedding. The driver showed up early and waited patiently for us. He was so friendly and so helpful. My granddaughter thought the limo was the best thing ever. I would definitely recommend you guys! The driver, Jorge, was awesome

One of the best experiences I've had. Worked with Jared in the home office, and even with a late request during prom week he was able to fit us in. Our family of six was able to sit comfortably and enjoy ourself while Paul (our driver for the day) laughed along with our family antics. Paul was extremely professional, showing up almost a half hour early, and was on point when it came to picking us up after our events. I highly recommend using Linahan Limousines next time you need a stress free day or night out. Top class service.

I used Linahan for my wedding two weeks ago. I booked them because they were one of the only limo companies I could find with a 14 passenger limo, which was awesome for my 12 person wedding party (plus me and my husband). They were reasonably priced and had very good customer service. I am giving them 4 stars because the driver we had was a bit of a crazy driver.

He did arrive on time to all of the locations we needed to be at, but while we were in the limo he took a sharp corner and the bucket of ice that they provided for Champagne spilled all over two of my bridesmaids. He also took a very short stop at one point. Everyone commented on how it was a wild limo ride. I let Linahan know about this, and they gave me $50 off my next limo service, which was nice of them but I don't think I'll be needing limo services again.

From my 1st call to the office, they went out of their way and gave me so many tips and good and good advice. Our driver was Dave, he was amazing and so helpful to all of us! We used the limo for my daughters wedding, party of 17! the car was clean and and looked amazing too! thank you so much.

The driver was amazing for my daughters graduation. He was so accommodating and on time. The price for what we did was so affordable.

I had the pleasure of using Linahan Limousine. The driver showed up early and did not make me feel rushed. He got us to our destination in plenty of time. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful to all our needs. we look forward to using them again in the near future.

Now that I am becoming bi-coastal, l rely on the awesome team and serves provided by Linahan Limousine. I count on them every time I fly. Doesn't matter if it is rush hour or a 3:00AM pick up. They get me there in style. A friend asked me about their service to take his daughter and friends to the prom. I discovered that the car and driver stays with the kids all night to help ensure their safety and has parents phone numbers just in case.

I got married October 19th, 2019 and we hired Linahan Limousine for out transportation. We are beyond happy with the decision we have made. The drive we had for the wedding party Mike was amazing. He was so friendly, helpful, kind. He was always there for us the entire day and made sure everything ran smooth. We will definitely hire Linahan Limousine again if we needed transportation again.

Hired them to drive into Boston and help surprise my husband for his birthday! Mike showed up exactly on time and followed the list of places we were going! I couldn't have pulled off the day without him! The limo was clean inside and out! I would 100% recommend them! I'm sure all their drivers are great, but Mike was personable and reliable! Thanks for making my husband's day special and helping me pull off the surprise!

Company forgot the car seat which I supplied them with for my 5 yr. old, which I bought specifically to leave for the limo. Driver was late to pick us up. When I called to speak to management, I was told that it was a busy week with school vacations and its legal not to use a car seat. I'm not sure on the legality piece since it was a sedan but I was more concerned with the safety of my child, Linahan's was not concerned. Only remedy offered to me was to take away the drivers tip. Clearly they don't value customers or staff.

Absolutely wonderful limo service (and used the limo as a shuttle all night long for guests) for a wedding! Michael was such a joy to work with! He asked us what we wanted at the beginning of the night and he told us he was here to serve us and all of our needs. It was raining and he would walk us to the entrance of the building one by one with umbrellas, so we would not get wet.

He checked in with us towards the end of the night to ensure we did not go over our scheduled time and incur over time charges. What a wonderful company! Pleasant people answering the phone lines at the office as well! Complimentary champagne for the wedding party and parents and bride and groom. Thank you so much Linahan!

We recently used Linahan for a special birthday night out and their service was excellent. The driver, Dave, took care of us perfectly and was professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Linahan Limousine.

I don't use limos very often. This was a special occasion. 30 year anniversary I wanted to share with family and not worry about driving. Called the office very very helpful set me up in a brand new limo absolutely gorgeous My drive Mike was on time, very friendly, did anything asked of him! And since it was a special occasion provided a bottle of champagne, a very nice added touch. I definitely would call and book from them again

We would use Linehan Limousine again should the need arise. The driver arrived promptly when scheduled, was courteous and was very knowledgeable about getting us into Gillette Stadium for a concert. Booking was very easy, which you can do either online, over the phone or in person. Charges were all explained upfront, with no hidden costs or fees, and an email confirmation was sent with a summary of all of the details.

The Limousine itself was clean, well stocked with requested refreshments and the driver's appearance was professional. It made for an enjoyable concert experience that we got to and from with no issues. We would use them again.

Linahan provided limos and shuttle buses for our wedding this past summer and went above and beyond all expectations. The drivers and staff were great to work with and provided for all of our needs. They helped make everything run smoothly on our wedding day. After the great experience we had we wouldn't go with any other limo company and highly recommend them.
