What a disappointing NYE cruise. I've been on this cruise 3 times before the pandemic. I chose to go again because I felt like it would be a safe event with Covid protocols in place. During an interview on the news, I heard that m vaccination cards were also required. However, when I arrived at the boat, I found out that vaccination cards were not required.

The mask mandate was not enforced. People were allowed on the boat with no masks. The cruise director greeted everyone while wearing no mask. He also walked around and talked to people while still wearing no mask. Guests walked around wearing no masks, and the boat was crowded. No one on the staff enforced the mask mandate. The food was a buffet, which shouldn't be allowed during a pandemic. I felt very uneasy with the food service and atmosphere.

We booked a 4 hour cruise for my husband's 50th birthday and it turned out better than I imagined. Jewell was so easy to work with, and knew exactly the kind of event I was looking to have. She worked with me on the menu, the layout, listened to what I was worried about, and had great recommendations.it was so easy! The night of the event, Walter and the rest of the crew was so nice and Walter was constantly checking in.

I didn't have to worry about a thing and was able to truly enjoy the night with the guests. (We had about 90 guests, vaccination required) It was a beautiful November night and we were able to take great pictures of the bay. It was truly a night to remember.

Chose to have my wife's Celebration of Life event on a boat in the SF Bay because we were boaters and spent many enjoyable years sailing on these waters. We had 75 guests sign up for the Oct. 24th event but because of the storm and winds that hit that day, 17 decided not to attend. Also, because of the weather, the captain decided to shorten the trip and instead of going to Clipper Cove for the ceremony he took us only half way up the Estuary and then returned to dock.

When I requested an adjustment in my costs because of the reduced services that I received, the company refused any adjustment what so ever! The final insult was when my family requested to be able to bring some of the left-over food, that we paid for, home with us for a follow-on party they were refused. So, what turned out to be a beautiful event in spite of the weather was marred because of the business ethics (or lack thereof) of the owners of the Company.

Went on a tour with my classmates tonight around the bay. Twas a lovely evening with great views. However, the bartender got upset when I inadvertently broke the "one person one drink rule" by giving my friend a drink. The bartender went on some angry tirade about disrespecting him and refused to serve me the rest of the time (despite it being open bar). In his defense it was a very busy night and he was probably very stressed, but it was a bit of an aggressive response to my inadvertent action.

We had a GREAT time! The staff we friendly and attentive. Will definitely cruise with them again

Had a super fun time on the All White R&B Bay Cruise! It was amazing to be on the water. Gave 4 stars because it took the boat a long time to leave the dock. Not sure who's responsible for that but I would've liked it to leave quicker. There were only drinks offered. Would be nice to go an a cruise with food next time. Had a great time though.

The premiere service for Luxury Yacht Rentals Victoria is the best. Everyone loved Captain Morgan. The Cabernet Sauvignon is the bomb! We celebrated Labor Day 2021 and will be back again for more.

We have used Commodore many times over the years to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Each outing has been a big hit with guests, while also being easy to arrange and execute. Most recently, we took a 3 hour cruise around the bay to celebrate a life well lived. The food was exceptional, the service top notch, the facilities clean and comfortable, and the venue perfect.

From the moment we called to arrange the event with Jewell, to the final handshake with Captain Morgan as we all filed off the boat, it was an effortless and enjoyable experience. The entire team was awesome, and we highly recommend Commodore Events. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

One of the best experiences I've ever had! We went on a Friday evening from about 5:00/5:30pm to 9:30pm. The food was delicious, the cash bar had neat cocktails (we didn't want anything fancy so it was perfect), and the views of the bay were absolutely gorgeous! I took a Dramamine before the trip (just in case) and didn't get motion sickness thank goodness!

We departed from Alameda and took a slow cruise towards and under the Golden Gate Bridge. We passed Angel Island, Alcatraz, popped by the Giant's Stadium as a home run was hit, and enjoyed the sunset on the way back to Alameda. It was child friendly for my 11 and 14 year old but might be a tough ride with younger kids to entertain for 4 hours.

If you live in the Bay and have never experienced this outing, I definitely recommend it! In all this craziness it's nice to be on the water and appreciate this beautiful place that we live in.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with a couple of our friends and it was such an amazing time. everything was done to perfection. Staff was very helpful I didn't have to worry about a single thing food beverages and entertainment was more then I expected. Jewell help me with the whole thing. And it was at a reasonable price!

Don't call the phone number listed for "more information" the woman who answered the phone on April 28 2021 was not customer service oriented. (877-346-4000). I asked for information about public transportation options (which I had researched before calling but wanted to clarify a few things) to their location and she said "I don't know; Google it" Really? trying to figure out options on how to get there should be part if her job. She also rushed me off the phone also. I think this woman is in the wrong job.

COMMODORE CRUISES & EVENTS, what can I not say! Everything down from the staff and service was amazing. My husband threw me a surprise birthday party 4/17/2021 and it was truly an unforgettable experience well spent with close friends and family! Of course with covid lingering around - we all took the precautions and got tested a few days before hand and half of us are vaccinated.

The staff took the extra precautionary measures and were diligent in making sure everything was always cleaned and sanitized. Super safe. Wishing the night didn't end yet. Definitely recommend! The view of the BAY AREA. Thank you captain and to the staff! Thank you Commodore for everything!

Had a wonderful wedding reception planned but due to COIVD and Alameda county not allowing gatherings we were unable to hold our reception. My husband is not working due to the virus and I have limited hours. So instead of caring about our financial needs they have refused to refund our money. They have told us we can have half of our money back but they'll hold onto the rest and we would be able to rescheduled.

I have reached out so many times explaining our financial hardship but they have not cared at all. Horrible experience, expected so much more from this company. Will never recommend them or hold any future events with them unless they respond better and start actually caring about their customers and not their pockets.

As it turns out, this company received $250k in PPP and STILL kept thousands of dollars in deposits from school programs that could not attend this function due to Covid shut downs. Truly disgusting business practice. Even worse, taking money from kids!

I've been unable to contact this place for 2 months and no clue as to why my messages, calls, comments, emails and reach outs via linked in are going unanswered. These people have a lot of my money and if they're out of business need to let their customers WITH OUTSTANDING contracts know.

Reconsider planning your special big group event. Even a worldwide pandemic and governor order for no gatherings doesn't qualify for a refund. Our HS grad bash was to take place this year but had to cancel due to the current world status. This company refuses to give a refund to the current seniors making impossible for the school's parent group to give refunds to the families of this year's already suffered seniors. Poor business practice to say the least.

My wife Vianca and I had commodore host our wedding and reception this past Saturday (2/22/2020). I can't begin to tell you how amazing our night went. Commodore allowed us to have our wedding on the Fume Blanc so we can have an outdoor wedding and then for the reception moved us to the Chardonnay. The captain of the boat was able to read our vows in both English and Spanish and the staff of the Chardonnay were on point!

Always professional and courteous to all of our needs. And we can't leave out Victoria, our coordinator. From day 1 we felt like we may have bombarded her with questions but she was always prompt and on top of our requests. She worked with us on all our needs and superseded our expectations. On our wedding day I saw her moving around, making sure every one was where they needed to be, telling people where to go, what to do and made sure our night was about my wife and I and made sure we had the time of our lives. Victoria and staff, thank you so much for making our night fun, memorable and something all our guests will be talking about for years. The only con I have is that we wont get to see each other again until our reunion. Hopefully it'll be sooner than that though. Thank you all again.

The new year's eve dinner cruise opening for year 2020: The only good thing about the cruise was the weather and the fireworks. The DJ was totally awful. He played the worst selection of songs ever. He played 1 or 2 disco songs from the 70s, club music songs with a lot of mixes, and FOREIGN music. It was not like the previous times I went on this cruise.

My suggestion is to not have this DJ come back. FIRE or terminate the DJ's employment. This DJ IS THE WORST. Don't quit your day job. Go back to Mcdonald's getting paid minimum wage, LOL The vibe was not there. There were a lot more drunk people on this boat than in previous years. The wholesome, eclectic ambience from previous years took a sharp turn for the worse on this one.

There was even a fight that broke out at the end of the cruise with punches which I hadn't seen in previous years. It seemed the event was disorganized. Like they were getting things out of the way just to keep up with what they advertised. Overall, it was an awful experience. I didn't feel I enjoyed this cruise like in the previous years. I will never come back again.

This is specific to The NYE 2020 party aboard the Cabinet Sauvignon. My wife and I have taken many other dinner cruises in NYC, Paris, etc on different lines. We had searched for a formal, elegant NYE cruise and it appeared from the description that this was it. It wasn't. The positives: The food provided was pretty tasty, especially for not being cooked on board.

The wait staff was efficient. The sailing itself was pretty smooth. Certainly some expected rocking but generally smooth. The cons: This event was basically a decent buffet with limited options. The only service to the table was taking the dishes away. Everything else was buffet, get your own, etc. Even the champagne prior to midnight was "get in line and get your own".

Dress was supposed to be formal and elegant and yet many were in plaid and jeans, and one in basketball shorts. NO HEAT on board. It was very, very cold outside and you'd figure the inside would have been heated for guests but we sat the entire dinner with our coats on. Not pleasant. The highlights of the cruise were the jokes I told my wife, the fireworks and a fight that broke out just before disembarking - complete with head punches and rolling around on the floor. Classy.

If the event had been advertised differently and close to what it actually was, that would have been better and I would have avoided spending over $500 for 2 people. I have paid less than that for dinner cruises with great food and drink service. But, it wasn't the event we read we were going to experience.

We did our company holiday event last weekend on the Merlot. It was fantastic! I have used Commador Cruises for several events in the past but this was by far the best. Well organized, nicely decorated for holidays and the food was wonderful! My heath felt thanks to Victoria in marketing and sales, Danielle in charge of our cruise and all the very efficient staff! Thanks again see you next year!

Had our high school prom on the Commodore and it was okay. The boat itself had 4 levels with the upper deck being an open space as well as the 3rd level having a bit of an outdoor portion. The other levels were mainly designated to food and photobooths. The boat drove all the way past the golden gate bridge from Alameda and back. The views were spectacular but the cruise itself was just okay. Pros: - Amazing views from the deck as well as all areas inside the boat.

Really loved the route it was on. - Lemon bars which were slightly too sweet but still delicious. - Friendly waiters who were always asking us if we wanted any drinks and clearing the plates. Cons: - No elevator so it was hard to climb up and down the stairs in a long ball gown. - The bathrooms were tiny, not poofy dress friendly. - The food is actually terrible.

Think grapes with saucy chicken, I don't know who thought of this option. - The dance floor was on the 3rd floor and while people jumped, it seemed like the ceiling tiles were about to break on the 2nd floor. Overall okay experience. Should have spent more time looking at the views instead of eating the food.

Went to look at cruise boats to possibly book a family party. I was very impressed with everyone that worked there. Gate to the Marina opened promptly at 6. As we walked into the Yacht we were greeted with a smile and a glass of champagne LOVE IT The first floor of the Commodore was very nice, white leather sofas bar nice open space Walked up to the 2nd floor we were greeted by Walter with more drink SOOO IN LOVE LOL Food was waiting for us. Salad, bread and butter, rice pilaf, tri tip and chicken Every thing was great.

Second floor also had awesome views and a nice seating area. 3rd floor has another full bar and a great dancing space 4th floor another bar and a great space to mingle open balcony area The service was top notch Jewel was very informative very professional great customer service and a pleasure to meet I would definitely recommend booking this venue for any kind of event There are also different size Yacht you can rent to fit your needs
