Ruff joined the studio in 1962 as an apprentice to Mr. Greenberg and bought the studio in 1976 upon Mr. Greenberg's retirement.

We have used Greenwood Photography many, many times over the years, beginning with our wedding in 1998. Rick and Marty have provided us with amazing family photos and lasting memories.

Martin and his team are great! They made accommodations for my needs during the pandemic, which displays their dedication to the client. The quality of the photos are unmatched and gave my company that business professional look it needed to succeed in the DMV area. Highly recommend!

We took our twin daughters in for their first birthday shoot. The photographer had a good eye for catching great moments. If you don't have ideas he had great backgrounds and props. Very calm environment with a bathroom/changing room. The assistant helped with the kids while he was capturing the moments and expression. We have more great photos than we can print. Definitely would use again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I purchased a photo based off the proof that I was given online. When I received the photo without the water marking, it was blurry. The company said they would attempt to fix it or refund me. Neither has yet to occur after I've followed up with them and it's been 5 months.

We got photos done through our daycare and were promised a refund if dissatisfied (we had to pay up front). Our photos came back looking altered and touched up to the point of not looking like our children. I contacted the company 60 days ago and was promised a refund, but have yet to receive it. I have sent numerous inquiry emails since then with no response. I understand they must be busy, but this customer service is subpar.

My wife and I payed 10 for the photos and payed $30 dollars afterwards for two pictures. Both images looked horrible and the definition in both mine and my wife's face was removed making us look like we were related to the spongebob family.

Hidden fees for the 244th Marine Corps ball, 10 dollars just to shoot some ordinary photos and then 35 bucks to download. DO NOT GO HERE

In response to the recent USMC ball they sent out all the digital copies as promised and the photos look decent enough. However, as mentioned and individual photo cost $35 dollars plus the initial $10, for a decent photo. It would be interesting to see how much they were paid to actually set-up there versus how much they are charging, regardless of editor market price. Additionally, we have to find our own photos out of the 2,000+ taken that day.

So better organization could be had. Especially see how they took everyone's email in the order they were taking photos. Biggest pro, they seem more than willing to refund $10 if you do not like the terms and or prices set asides, so that's nice.

For the 6th year in a row I have had our Christmas family portrait done by Greenwood. I am so pleased with your work and how you handle my children. Thanks so much for all you do. You are just wonderful.

Mr Ruff and Greenwood Photography have been doing portraits for my family for over 40 years. The quality is superior and the service is worth a 6 star rating. The studio has taken senior portraits, family portraits and wedding portraits for my family as well as many of my friends and their families and everyone has been extremely satisfied. The many portraits hanging on my walls receive high praises when anyone enters my home. I would recommend this company to anyone who would listen and I recommend them to anyone using this business locator.
