Traditional weddings involving a church and separate venue rent our trolleys to transport groomsmen to church. We then proceed to the bride and party, transport them to the church and then following ceremony transport the entire bridal party and/or immediate family to a site for photos or simply to the reception venue.

Do not use if you are military. If you have to cancel less then 90 days out you will not get refunded any of your money. They aren't working well with us at all being military. I'm not asking for special treatment was just asking for some help because of how things change all the time in the military.

I cannot say enough good things about Limo Affair! I first contacted them to assist in the booking of their Zebra Hummer Limo for a surprise day out to celebrate my wife's 25th birthday with a group of friends. Shortly after I emailed them, I was replied to by Melony. WIth her help I was able to not only book the Zebra limo but plan the entire day out.
I asked a lot of questions, and Melony always responded extrememly quickly and always in a friendly manner. Right away I was impressed with their customer service. The day before my surprise outing, I was contacted by Jose, the gentleman who would be our Chauffeur. He wanted to ensure he understood all details of the trip so that he could handle everything.
The trip consisted of two seperate pickups (as a way to keep the surprise I had all of our freinds board the limo before they came to get my wife and I, making her surprise for the limo even greater when she saw everyone inside!) a dropoff and pickup at Boston Harbor, pick up and drop off at a Cambridge restaurant, and finally the return trip home. Jose was impeccable.
He was very polite, super accommodating, punctual, and very easy to talk to. He ensured the limo was stocked with the water, glasses, and ice as we had previously discussed and assisted in the carrying of our additional cooler in and out of the limo. Even between stops he would go in and retidy up the limo for when we entered again. The IPhone hookup and lighting in the limo was perfect as well. All in all Limo Affair and their super friendly staff helped my friends and I give my wife a birthday night out none of us will ever forget! Thank you Limo Affairs!

I called multiple limousine companies to get pricing but surprised to find out some companies pretended to have limos that they do not actually have. When I asked if I could go and look at the limo I was quoted on a lot of the time I was told that the limo is not available for viewing. What would have happened if I didn't ask. I went to look at Limo Affairs limos, they were all very impressive.
They were a little more expensive then some other quotes, but I figure you get what you pay for. I reserved for my wife's 40th birthday party and Tom our chauffeur called me a couple of days ahead of time to go over our night. He showed up with the limo early, was absolutley wonderful and I would recommend Tom and Limo Affair as your company of choice

A Limo Affair provided transportation for our recent wedding, and their service was adequate. The driver was punctual, courteous, and efficient. The limo was clean. However, the limo was extremely, unbearably hot. The air conditioning was not sufficient for our July wedding and it actually blew HOT air. I arrived to my own wedding a sweaty mess. My grandmother actually had to get out of the back for fear of fainting.
When the driver was asked what could be done, he replied, "nothing." I appreciated that someone from the company emailed the following day to ask how the service was; however, when she was told about the air conditioning issue, she replied that there was nothing wrong with the limo itself and that's "just how they are."

I couldn't be happier with Limo Affair! I hired an 18-person Escalade for my best friend's bachelorette party; I called them three weeks ahead of time, so it was pretty last-minute. Melony was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I got the most bang for our buck. The limo was way better than I expected, too -- glassware, ice, and water provided, two cool little bar set-ups, fun lights, passenger-controlled music and heat.
Our driver, Joe, was fabulous -- courteous, professional, and friendly. He showed up to pick us up about ten minutes ahead of schedule, and I was a bit worried that we would have to rush to get outside to the limo, but he was great and totally willing to hang out while we finished our cake and champagne. He also didn't mind stopping at a liquor store on our drive into Boston, and had a pretty good laugh when the bride-to-be iced us all!
He had a smile on his face all night as he took us from bar to bar and for some drunken fast food on the drive home -- he had way more patience with 13 drunk 20-somethings than I would have! Another good thing to note about this company is that they perform full background and driving checks on all their drivers - no need to worry about DUIs, bad driving, or any sketchiness. I would totally recommend Limo Affair for ANY event. They will completely take care of you and make sure you have an awesome time.
