Perfect! They are so friendly and professional. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all being measured and trying on different bras. Every woman needs to get measured because you are probably wearing the wrong size. Now I know why the underwire was so uncomfortable. They have a lot of variety. Don't be fooled by the small size of the store

I am so grateful for Lingerie by Susan! I went there today with a dress that I thought was hopeless, but left with the perfect undergarment to work with the dress! I have been shopping here for over a decade. The staff are very helpful. They measure you and bring you bras to try on. They have a huge selection of bras with large cup sizes. They also sell bathing suits with bra sizes. If you can't buy a bra that fits you correctly in a department store, Lingerie by Susan is the place for you.

Allie was so helpful and patient. She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable, which is not easy to find when bra shopping.

They are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I received a full bra measurement sizing in that 20 minutes. GREAT service

Such a wonderful store with pleasant employees. I went here for shapewear for my wedding and they were able to help me find exactly what I needed and checked me out within 30 minutes. So many choices and they measure you to make sure you get the right size you need. They also have so many colors and sizes that you don't have to worry. Would recommend to anyone looking for shapewear for their wedding or other special event!

Always amazing, I have been going to this place for more than 10 years now. This place has such a large selection of great items for all sizes. Even if some how they do not have something in stock to fit you atm they'll order it and call you when it arrives! I'm a 28J and I always am happy with my purchases, 9/10 they already have my size on hand even though it's an odd size. I really think you'd love this place is you need proper fitting bras/ underwear's, much better then Victoria secret.

The only place I go for my mastectomy bras and bathing suits. Very helpful & if you're insurance sends her the check she immediately sends you out a check with a copy of the eob.

If you need to be fitted correctly for a bra this is the place for you. If you have difficulty finding the proper bra size, come here. This shop is not low cost, but you get what you pay for! I searched everywhere to find a strapless bra to wear under my wedding gown, and it was an infuriating bust!(no pun intended, just worked out that way! Lol) I went to big name places, expecting help and selection and found neither. Apparently, Macy's only has one tape measurer, and if the employee with it accidentally takes it home, you can't be measured for a bra!

Beyond absurd! Don't even get me started on the lack of assistance I received at Victoria Secrets! Leave the mass merchandisers behind, and give this small business your attention. They took me in to be measured in a all private dressing room immediately. The person assisting me saw I had some physical limitations, and offered me help with getting my bra off, while still giving me respectful privacy.

She measured me quickly and accurately. I know it's accurate, because I have NEVER been more comfortable in a bra in my LIFE! She listened to my wants, likes and dislikes, and made sure to find exactly what I needed. In the end the bra cost $68, and I love it! I will be returning to purchase any other shapeware I need for my wedding. Thank you.

I have ordered a bra 2 months ago since then I keep sending them emails and they tell me that it's lost with the postal! They told me they filed a complaint a month later nothing, and then they contact me again and tells me I should contact the postal! I mean come on what kind of service is this I just want a refund and it's not cheap they keep telling me I should have chosen the more expensive postal but they didn't give me a choice I do not recommend buying from this website and I still want my money

Susan helped me and she was so patient. I was referred here by a relative. Susan first took my measurements with the bra I came in with. Then asked me the types of bras I like, " padded I padded". I wasn't sure so she brought me different kinds. A relaxed fit, sports bra, and a bra for formal wear too. I left with enough to rotate within a weeks wear. I even left with a new bra on it was so much better in terms of comfort and support. Thanks so much for the attention to detail, and help.

Amazing, as always. The perfect place for awquard sizes. They will measure you there and help you feel comfortable. Don't go to a store and try on 20+bras when you can get the perfect fit here and be happy and quick. They also have bathing suits and apparel. Everything a woman needs and the service we deserve. They are happy to order anything they don't have in stock, although the stock is usually very good. Always a pleasure to shop here.

I had an event that requires me to wear a very plunging neckline dress and with my DD frame I was concerned. I came into the shop at 5pm on Friday and was out by 5:45 confident that I had the right undergarments. I am happy to announce that their impeccable service, calm nature and robust stock got me looking wonderful for the big event!

Lingerie by Susan is the best thing that happened to me. I've been going all over looking for bras that actually fit me. Susan took her time to fit me properly and found bras that actually worked for my body. She personally handed me every bra and checked each one making sure it fit me well. I'm very pleased with my experience here and will be recommending everyone who needs bras or undergarments!

So over priced - ridiculous. And don't try to return something - a real hassle. Keep looking elsewhere Susan needs a real attitude adjustment - not real good with customer service.

My pregnant wife was having issues finding a comfortable bra. After a little research online for a local shop, I found Susan's. My wife went in last week to get fitted and she came home with pure excitement. Finally she found some comfort. Thank you to Susan & the staff for making my wife feel great! She can't wait to come back.

I bought a dress and realized I had no idea how to wear it with a bra! Susan spent an hour helping me get not only the perfect bra- but also made me look a size slimmer with some other undergarment magic. What a lovely experience.

I will never spend another red cent in this store. Susan is nasty and not professional. I went to buy a corset for my wedding dress but since Susan was in too much of a rush to leave for the evening, I wound up purchasing something that did not fit my dress properly. Since I did not have my wedding dress yet, I showed Susan a picture as I was waiting on delivery, she sold me a corset where the bust padding was exposed once I was able to put it on during the dress fitting.

I had no other choice but to buy a different corset while at my fitting and bring the one back I purchased from Susan to get a refund. The store employees said no refunds were allowed and I could exchange it for another. Sorry, but I can't wear two corsets with my wedding dress. I asked for the manager and when Susan came out to see me she was rude and condescending saying I should've asked if refunds were allowed. Really, in this day and age, you can get refunds online without issue.

I also believe, since she's the professional, her first statement to me should've been, it's best to try on the corset with your dress because you need to make sure it's not visible. Not just push a sale that I'm completely sure she was aware of could've resulted in having to bring the corset back. The store was busy with shoppers while this arguing occurred, she eventually refunded me for the corset. I'm sure the only reason why is she agreed was because she didn't want to risk the possible loss of sales from the other customers in the store. Ladies, should you choose to shop here for under garments for your wedding dress be sure to know returns will be a huge issue.

I almost feel like I was tricked into purchasing something where I'm sure Susan knew better, anything to keep her sales margins up. And Susan, always remember, the customer is always right!

The staff seem to be kind & pleasant. The owner is absolutely not pleasant at all. I bought a bra that I realized would not work for me. I took it back the very same day. That seemed to be a huge bother & annoyance for the owner which made me feel very unwelcomed in her store. She said they don't give refunds, only exchanges even with all the tags attached & the original receipt. I was also sized wrong & got stuck with a bra I can't wear. I won't go back.

She was knowledgeable and very patient with me while I tried on several different options. I finally found something that gave me the look I wanted and is actually comfortable. I now SWEAR BY my new foundation garment and recommend this store to everyone. I'm glad I found a store that offers one on one personal service that used to be the norm. The items are not cheap but they are quality and worth it!

Ive been coming here for years! This is the ideal place if you are looking for beas that fit especially if you are larger sizes (greater than d). They measure you and give great customer service. Expect to spend 50-70 bucks for each bra but it is sooooo worth it!

Susan and the girls are professional, friendly and take the time to make sure the fitting is done correctly. The setting is intimate so you get personalized attention and if there is anything that is not available in store, they can get it ordered for you within a few days.
