We had such an amazing day for our sunrise wedding thanks to Michael and Rasa. We highly recommend Conch Concierge for your Key West wedding. From picking us up at the resort to taking us multiple places after the ceremony for photos, it was a stress-free beautiful experience. The communication was perfect and e-mails and calls were always returned promptly. Michael's conch blessing was so fun, Frank bought a conch of his own. We are so thankful to have met these two amazing people and are sincerely grateful for the perfect memories they helped us create. Thank you so much Conch Concierge!

We had such a great experience with our wedding! It was exactly what we wanted and super easy. We just got our marriage certificate and showed up and they took care of the rest. Very professional and definitely know what they are doing. I would 100% recommend this company for your key west wedding needs!

We had booked a vowel renewal ceremony for April of 2020. Unfortunately with covid the keys were shut down and we were unable to do the vowel renewal ceremony. I spoke with the owner several times trying to keep the date but when the keys were shut down completely to non residents we were not able to make it happen. I called the owner asking when and how we get the $750 refund which he told me would only be $600 bc they run a business the $150 deposit was non refundable because they have a business to run and bills to pay.
Being self employed I completely understood but the other $600 that was already paid in full was supposed to be refunded. A few months after the date we were supposed to renew I called the owner and he told me they were just starting to give refunds I told him I had been waiting for almost four months for it. The owner was extremely nasty and finally in September I received a $150 refund not $600.
I guess they thought that was good enough. With the vowel renewal ceremony we paid for the only thing they had to purchase was flowers which were never purchased bc of Covid. So technically they didn't spend a penny on us at all and we still only received $150 instead of $600. These ppl are a joke and I am reporting them to the BBB. This is not ok that they kept the other $450 just bc. The owner is completely rude when it came to giving refunds and I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone especially with COVID still going on.

Absolutely incredible. My husband and I had our vows renewed for our 5 year anniversary - it was a last minute decision because we weren't sure if we'd be able to even go on our anniversary trip because of COVID. Anyway, I never could have imagined that it would turn out to be so perfect. The value we got from this experience was SO much greater than the incredibly affordable price we paid.
The ceremony was personalized, flowers and ceremony location were beautiful, and Michael and the photographer were extremely kind and caring. The passion they have for their work was immediately evident. Honestly, there is nothing that could have been done to make the experience more perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this day so special. We are truly, deeply, grateful.

Ok. full disclosure, I bought a ring with no time spent thinking about how I would actually purpose. I mean the hard part was done, right? So I'd hoped. Like many other guys, I wanted to make the moment special and the gesture memorable, but without all of the added theatrics. The problem for me, everywhere I searched online and every article I read seemed to hover somewhere between way too cheesy or just way too lame and cliche. So, after spending the last few months under quarantine, my fiance and I decided to take a staycation and drive down from Orlando to Key West.
A great idea, except for the fact that we're a bit impulsive and planned just three days out. a real problem for a guy with a ring and no clue on how I was going to pull off being romantic, thoughtful and spontaneous! Especially when the later don't always coincide. Nevertheless, as we're laying in bed thinking of things to do while in town, a quick google search pulled up some of Michael's photos taken at Dry Tortugas National Park.
My fiance gasped. "Aw, how special? I wish we could take pictures like that" and fellas the light bulb completely went off! We finally agreed on a day trip to Fort Jefferson (Dry Tortugas). The day was set and the plan went into motion. Knowing time was almost non-existent, I waited until she feel asleep and emailed Michael at some ridiculous time at like 1am.
My e-mail literally said "Hi, I'd like to purpose during a day trip to Dry Tortugas. We're going to be there in three days, sorry for the short notice. I saw your photos and LOVE them. Please help!" The next morning Michael texted me, in full stealth mode. "Hi, call me asap to discuss your trip". A short phone call later, I was sold! This guy knew EXACTLY what he was doing.
In less than an hour, he helped me plan the most incredible proposal ever! Ok, I'm a little biased but everyone else seems to agree also. In short, Michael and Rosa secretly followed us during our day trip to Fort Jefferson. They thought through ever little detail and even convinced the pilot of the small sea plane that we charted to let us sit in the front two seats so they could take pictures behind us.
Once we landed, we walked around aimlessly for 15 minutes or so, until I saw Rosa and Michael and gave them the cue. I dropped down and one knee and the rest was simple. After the deed, they followed us for the remaining time we had on the island and gave us some of the most beautiful photos I've ever seen. I'm not sure which she was happier about, the pictures, or the proposal. Michael and Rosa are amazing, wonderful people who really love their work and it shows. Michael, Rosa. update your resumes. and be sure to add in proposal planner and magician! With our deepest appreciation, Thank YOU!

Michael and Rasa made all our dreams of a Key West Sunset Beach wedding come true. From picking us up at our hotel, to the lovely ceremony, perfect bouquet of flowers that were just what I requested, beautiful photography, and dropping us off at the restaurant after--everything ran smoothly and perfectly! Michael and Rasa are true professionals and very creative and artistic. They will work with you to create the wedding you've always dreamed of. Highly recommended!

Michael & Rasa were a dream! My partner and I eloped (neither of us were ever into weddings or the idea of marriage), and the Conch Concierge took excellent care of us! They provided all the necessary information to help make our special day as carefree as possible. They helped us celebrate a beautiful day, and I couldn't have been happier with Michael's officiating--he was so fun! We are excited to see Rasa's photos; we had a great time with her! Conch Concierge was the perfect pick for my husband and I and our dream beach wedding in Key West. Michael and Rasa arranged accommodations for us getting off of our cruise ship, to picking a local place to get my hair done, and even helping us find a romantic spot to eat lunch after our mid-morning ceremony. They made sure everything was perfect for our day. My flowers were so beautiful and we have pictures and a video that we will treasure forever! I would recommend Conch Concierge to anyone!

Our experience was great! We had our walk through the day before he was waiting for us in the lobby. He and the wedding coordinator walked us through our routine then sat for 15min and discussed a few options for readings. On the day of he was dressed nice and very professional. One thing he did catch us by surprise when he asked if we had any vows to say to each other. As we did not plan on saying any. But it was actually a lot of our guests favorite part of the ceremony. All in all very happy.

Scheduling and selecting our package with Conch Concierge was very easy. We were so thrilled with how helpful and friendly Michael was leading up to our ceremony. The ceremony itself was amazing and personal. And Rasa's photography was amazing! I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you so much!

I'm Michael's biggest fan! When we originally booked we were supposed to have my uncle officiate the ceremony but as most wedding plans go that fizzled out and he couldn't make it. Now the pressure was on to find someone who matched our personality and who showed kindness, fun and genuineness in the way he/she handled the ceremony. Well sure enough I poured myself into watching every video and checking every website and the minute I saw Michael officiate the ceremony posted on his website I crossed my fingers and hoped we could get him and. as luck had it we did!
He also scored high on wedding wire which made it even easier! What most people don't think about when picking an officiant and I consider very important are photos! As much as I love HOW Michael officiates the thing I love most about the way he works are. 1) He knew exactly when to move himself out of the way so that the photographer could get photos of just the two of us 2) He showed us how to put the rings on to get the best shots and to savor the moment 3) He gave recommendations that were priceless and I will keep these secret to only those who book him 4) He allowed me not only to write our own vows but also gave us the time to say a few more words to each other which we really wanted in our ceremony. 5) He has an ease, calmness and fun to him and has a very quick wit and knows when to add something funny when he felt we needed it and also a touching poem to add to our ceremony.
He used a wireless mic and speaker system which I highly recommend so that all our guests could hear and at the end he sealed our ceremony with his famous conch blowing! We were on a tight budget but I would have loved to add on his license signing ceremony! Thank you Michael for very personalized, memorable and wonderful ceremony! He's the best! I've watched my wedding video so many times and am so happy we had him officiate the wedding! The only thing I would have changed was to have him pass us the mic so that our friends in the back row could hear what we were saying during our vows. He's fabulous!
