Kimball Hall

Julie and the rest of the Kimball Hall staff made our wedding day absolutely perfect! After over a year of planning due to COVID, we tried to keep our expectations reasonable, but even our wildest dreams could not compare to the actual experience. Julie and her team were easy to work with and their attention to detail was impeccable. From the other vendors she suggested to the personalization of the venue, specifically for our day, we could not have asked for better. 10/10 would recommend Kimball Hall to anyone in need of a wonderful venue!

Julie was so incredibly accommodating throughout the entire pandemic. We had to postpone several times, and she was understanding and quick to get us another date. It's clear that Julie is the reason most people pick Kimball Hall to get married, but it is also an absolutely beautiful venue. As my husband and I walked around to each table, we got so many comments on how beautiful the venue was. That was all Julie's doing, and her amazing flower consultant, Pat Holland. Our experience was awesome and it was the best day.

Not sure if a review is even needed because it is so clear from all the past reviews that this venue and the owner/coordinator Julie Stephens are both amazing! Julie has many options to fit each bride. She has inclusive packages but is also willing to work with you. She has her vendors that she loves but she is open to whatever you want for her day, other than always using her florist Pat Holland (incredible, well prices).

Her DJ Will Haselden is also affordable and good and already has lighting/speaker system embedded in the ballroom. Thank you, Julie and company at Kimball Hall for the best wedding. :)

I wish there were more than 5 stars. Kimball Hall staff and owner Julie are the best of the best and deserve a perfect 10! We could not be more thankful for all of them and how perfect they made our daughter's wedding day.

We loved this venue. The yard was perfect for the ceremony. We also liked how well it was set for a wedding when we toured. The details for the tables were just what we were looking forward to having at our event. Since we were awaiting the Army's orders for my daughter's fiance, we were making tenative arrangements and the owner was really trying to work with us, which was so appreciated. Sadly, when the Army orders came through Kimball Hall did not have availability in our timeline.

I really don't recommend trying to plan a wedding in 4 weeks without a date. When orders came, we did find a suitable venue and made it happen in 10 days but everything we did we compared to Kimball Hall when making our decisions.

Very nice venue. Great for weddings with beautiful outside areas. Indoor was just as nice!

We love kimball hall and Julie! Hands down the easiest and best decision we made while planning our wedding.

My wife and I got married here a little over a year ago now, and we're still married, so it did the job. Julie was the reason we picked the venue and was amazing to work with. She was there to help throughout the process and made planning (even from 3000 miles away) easy. She made our (mostly my wife's) vision a reality. Their preferred vendors are all winners. The venue itself was gorgeous and made for a great day. We had 175 people and it accommodated us all. You should pick this place.

Words alone are not enough to describe the depth of appreciation and happiness we have for Julie and her staff who made our wedding day so special. We had a wonderful time, and even in somewhat inclement weather conditions, we smoothed right on through like it didn't even phase us! Julie was attentive, understanding, and displayed the utmost kindness and love to us, and we can't thank you enough for all that you did to make our day so memorable. I would highly recommend Kimball Hall for anyone who wants their day to be as special as ours;-

Great place for a reception! Old house with reception room added to back. Enjoyed the reception I attended there!

Take it from someone who works in the wedding industry. plain and simple, Kimball Hall is the place to be married. Julie Stephens is the best in the business. I work 30+ weddings a year and she is incomparable in her taste level, attitude, and knowledge of the business. She listens to every couple's wishes and truly makes the night special and unique for them every time. Julie's staff is top notch and each vendor she trusts with upholding the reputation of her business is superb! Check out Pat Holland for truly amazing floral design in particular!
