Catered For You

We used Catered 4 You for our Christmas party function. The food was delicious and I loved how Simone recommended various items based on the function we were having. The prawn cocktails were a massive hit as were the mini sliders. The desserts were gorgeous. Thanks guys

We contracted with Catered For You for a wedding next year. We signed the contract over one year in advance and it was a large non-refundable deposit. Three months later, an unexpected family situation arose requiring us to change the date and venue, and we asked for a refund, or at least a partial refund. We had no communication with them in those three months, and didn't ask them to do anything on our behalf.

We pleaded for some money back, and they refused. I asked if they would reconsider if they get another job that day (which I'm sure they will, since it's still 11 months away), but they still refused. I know we signed an agreement, but geez, have a little heart. They did nothing to earn that money and I would have expected to them to exercise some discretion and at least meet us halfway with a partial refund.

So I give them a one star for inflexibility. Yes, I know we signed an agreement, but other vendors were much more understanding and willing to work with us, particularly since it is so far in advance and easy for them to rebook.

We used these caterers for my father's memorial service earlier this month. Everything was professional and easy from the start. I received a response in a timely manner and had an excellent experience working with Taylor via email and phone calls. She helped me decide on what we needed and was very patient when I asked for revised menus/proposals. The team delivered our order within their allotted time frame and our guests gave raving reviews. In fact, several people asked specifically who catered the food.

We had Catered For You cater our wedding. We needed a very budget friendly food selection. We told them our price range and they told us our food options based on how much we could spend. They also allowed us to have multiple dessert options rather than just cake. I was emailed regularly with updates and check in's to see if I needed anything at all. They helped us with all of our rentals and day of the staff acted as a day of coordinator and helped us set up and take down! Highly recommend.

Catered for You was wonderful and took care of all the details. The food is amazing and the staff made everything happen as if by magic. They set up the reception site and took everything done after the wedding. They took care of the rentals and even set up the table decorations I had made. Between Catered for you and our DJ, we didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day and it all flowed so smooth. We had so many complements about how wonderful and elegant the wedding was. Thank you so much Catered for You.

We booked Catered for You for our wedding at Arbor Crest in September. I cannot say enough good things about the company. The food was great and the staff were professional and organized. Catered for You is the preferred caterer at Arbor Crest and for good reason. Eileen and Catered for You did so much to help us with setting up the table decorations, recommending event layout, etc.

They almost seemed at times to function like a wedding planner! Our wedding went so smoothly and I have to say a lot of the success is attributed to Catered for You! I did not mention too much about the food, I guess when you hire a caterer you expect the food to be good. Make no mistake, the food was excellent and received high praise from our guests. But, I was blown away by the service we received! I highly recommend Catered for You to anyone looking to cater an event.

I hired Catered For You to cater my wedding at Arbor Crest Winery. They did a phenomenal job! Throughout the planning, Leslie was quick to respond to me and assist me any way she could (which was especially important since I do not live in Spokane and planning was more of a challenge with you're 2 hours away). She was so very organized and great to work with! She's very friendly, funny, and outgoing!

She takes great pride in her work and goes the distance to make sure you're happy! She took charge of the event and reassured me she'd take care of everything. She directed everyone on when they should walk down the aisle and with whom they should walk. She set everything up (cake, guest book, chairs, tables, etc.). She even had someone available to run the iPod during the ceremony (sound system complements of YouDoDJ).

Everything was perfect. Speaking of perfect, the food was AMAZING! I'm still hearing about how wonderful the food was. We had Pork Tenderloin with a Huckleberry Demi Glace, Italian Chicken Roulade, Roasted Red Potatoes, their Signature Salad (with cranberries and the most delicious candied walnuts), fruit, sourdough bread, and lemonade and coffee to drink (to accompany Arbor Crest's wine).

Everything was great. It was one of the best meals I've eaten, and I'm picky! People were saying it was the best wedding food EVER! Service was friendly and attentive. They came around to refill drinks. They even wrapped up leftovers for us to take home. All the staff was very kind and professional. Price was competitive and reasonable! If you need any event catered, I would recommend Catered For You. I have no complaints whatsoever!
