Kathy's Floral Design is great. She is very good at her craft, and if you can just trust in that i guarantee that you will love the outcome.

Ordered a 'premium bouquet' for a niece's 18th birthday. Sadly, what she received was an inferior representation of what was on the company's website. I wrote back to express my dissatisfaction with the bouquet size, design, and quality, but never heard back from Kathy's Floral Design in response. Will not be patronizing this florist in the future.

Kathy helped me create the most perfect gourmet gift basket and flower arrangement for my mom's birthday. I had a few special food requests for dietary needs and she truly went above and beyond! I live across the country and couldn't be there this year, but Kathy helped make my mom's birthday extra special; she even delivered it herself! After receiving pictures of the arrangements from my mom, I could see just how much care was put into the order.

Everything was beautifully displayed and she got ALL of the good stuff! Most of all, it put a smile on my mom's face and made her day . Thank you so very much, Kathy! I know I can count on you and your staff from now on. Very impressed with the quality and the service.

Horrible experience! Would never recommend this place and will never be buying anything from them again! I had the same experience as ronaldsmartin! I bought a flower arrangement for mothers day that was worth over $100, chose premium since I wanted it to be extra special and pretty for my mom, but was soooo disappointed with what my mom received.

It was definitely not what I ordered nor what was shown in the website. It wasn't the colors I wanted, it only had a few flowers and it was poor quality, the vase was also a different color and to top it off their customer service is horrible. The website says they open at 9am, so I called to get an ETA on the delivery and Kathy answered and told me that they don't open intil 10am.

This is not what I expected and I only wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. My advice is don't trust was is shown in the website and definitely don't buy anything from this place if want to get exactly what you want! I would give it minus stars it was possible.

I have used Kathy's now 5 times over the past 2 years. She has always done amazing work no matter what the budget I have given her. She is good at both just doing her own thing as well as incorporating my ideas. I have never been disappointed.

The flowers you arranged for my friend were truly amazing. Thank you for going out of your way to find blue flowers, her absolute favorite. She was very happy, and so am I. Will keep your number, and make sure to call you again. Great job! You are even better than some florists that I have used in New York City. You can compete with the best of the best in the best city in the world.

I Placed An Online Order This Morning About 9:00 Ish. I Called To Be Sure Kathy Got My Order. My Order Was $54.45 With Delivery & I Could Not Be More Happy. My Best Friend Just Got Her Birthday Flowers And Said They Are Beautiful. I am Not From Fremont So Looking For A Nice Flower Shop Online Worried Me A Bit. Kathy's Floral Design Was The Only Place With Reviews So That's Who I Chose & I am So Glad I Did. Thank You Kathy!

Wedding flowers were beautiful. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make it an easy transaction from the beginning to the delivery. They provided valuable insights as to size and style of arrangements specific to our occasion. I have also used them for other bouquets for friends and family since the wedding. Love being able to tell them the amount i want to spend and to get a great arrangement for that price.

So I passed by here one day with my boyfriend and saw the most beautiful arrangements and best prices in the area, of course we didn't buy anything lol. About a week later he came in with the most beautiful roses(white roses) which are my favorite and they not only were beautiful but they lasted for over a week before they began to droop. He's now stuck buying me flowers from Kathy's all the time. Love it!
