Took our deposit and would not do any work. We asked for a refund and the excuses started. Then it just went to silence. They were the coolest people before we gave them money. After they had a down payment, we literally never saw them again. They did nothing, as in, we met them once and that was it. Not a phone call, not a vendor list, nothing. We had to plan our own wedding since our down payment was tied up with them. Really disgusting people. To the owners, I know you need money, but you don't have to steal it from people during a time that is supposed to be joyous.
