Overall, Mike and I were so happy that we decided to get a day of coordinator. Ashley was responsive and awesome. I am pretty organized and had a particular vision for Mike and I's 10.9.20 wedding. We were blown away at the fact they were so calming and responsive throughout the entire process. Especially, with all the COVID-19 business. It was extremely helpful and worth every penny. Thank you Wedding Authority for making sure our wedding went on without a problem! My vision was executed well!

In the wedding industry it's hard to find a coordinator who is on top of every detail when it comes to planning a dream wedding and also one who sincerely cares. I knew from the first introductory call with Ashley that she had both amazing qualities, so without reservation I hired her as my coordinator. She has gone above and beyond in every imaginable way. We had the pleasure of working with Karli and she was EXCEPTIONAL! She made the planning process seamless. I loved that she gave honest and heartfelt opinions even on very small details. She took a lot of care in following up with every single detail and question that we had and some of them I forgot along the way, but she always remembered to follow-up.

She sent checklists and follow-ups at appropriate and helpful times and never ONCE made us feel rushed or uncomfortable during the process. I know she juggles a lot of tasks and we never could tell since she always had 100% focus on us when we were with her during the planning process and wedding day. She was always pleasant and patient, but over all an absolute joy to work with.

The wedding authority team made my wedding effortless for day of planning and they provided only the best vendors to work with that were in our budget and the friendliest people to hire for our wedding day. Carla and Ashley were patient, knowledgeable and only the best at what they do. As a Bride, you always worry your vision won't be the reality when you walk into the venue after leaving something to someone else to do for you but that was not the case, it was better than expected. We got married in January of 2017 and our day was perfect. The chapel is stunning and perfect for an intimate wedding.
