First Choice Travel & Cruise

Tana was extremely helpful and made our entire trip a breeze. We booked a trip to a Secrets resort in Playa Del Carmen area and the entire trip went without a hitch. The resort was extremely nice and clean, food was good, and provided a much needed relaxing week. All I had to do was provide Tana with some basic trip suggestion guidelines, select a package, and I was good to go. She did the rest and took all the "planning / logistical stress" out of a vacation.

Tana and team have been wonderful to work with. We've been going to them since Fall of 2019 and so far they have helped us book four trips, two of which involved travel for our wedding to search for venues. We'll be booking a fifth trip soon for our wedding in February 2023 and we plan to continue using First Choice services for future travel as well. Tana and team are communicative, easy to work with, friendly, provide excellent customer service, and always go above and beyond when you find yourself in a pinch if anything happens to go wrong during a trip (sometimes things just happen no matter how prepared or organized you are!). Just got home from and incredible trip to Jamaica, Nikki did such an amazing job to plan our trip! From airlines, to seats, hotel, club Mo Bay, she was so patient! We were not an easy sell, had 4 different locations going before we chose. I would highly recommend!

First Choice Travel was recommended to us in 2020 by a business associate. Tana Kubricky was the travel agent that took care of us on our first trip to Jamaica in 2021. She listened to what we were looking for and set up our reservations for an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. Tana also suggested some extra amenities that we could use on our arrival in Jamaica and our departure from Jamaica.

We took advantage of these and they made our arrival and departure go very smoothly. For us the little added cost was well worth it. We booked a second trip to the same resort for 2022 but unfortunately we had to cancel just a couples of weeks before our departure. Tana had recommended on both trips that we take out travel insurance. We did take the insurance and it came in handy when we had to cancel our second trip.

The claim was submitted by Tana and we were reimbursed for our trip within two or three weeks after submitting the claim. My wife and I are pleased with the service that Tana and First Choice Travel have provided us and are looking forward to have them set up our next trip in 2023 and beyond.

We have been working with Tana Kubricky for many years and she has been such a pleasure to work with. We know when we have her book our trips, we can relax knowing the details have been taken care of. Having a good travel agent now during these challenging travel times has become a necessity. Tana's responsiveness, excellent communication and attention to detail has made it so much easier to plan vacations!

My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lisa and First Choice Travel for a memorable 25th anniversary trip. Lisa has planned our families vacations for several years now and she always handles every little detail so all we need to do is focus on having a great time. On 9/18/21 we traveled to Mexico and stayed at the Secrets Maroma Beach resort.

We were highly impressed at the property, food, service and attention to detail. Lisa even planned our romantic dinner on the beach and it was something we will never forget! I remember my friend saying it reminded her of a season of the bachelorette lol. We had an amazing time and highly recommend Lisa from First Choice Travel! She truly takes the stress out of traveling.

Been booking trips with First Choice since 2015 and really don't see myself going anywhere else. They've been so helpful and friendly on getaways to Mexico, my honeymoon, anniversary trips and simple trips around the country. Big or small, they can take care of it all. I don't see myself going anywhere without the help and guidance of First Choice.

I had the best vacation anyone could ask for. Tana took care of every detail from flights to transfers to and from the resort. Im looking forward to booking again and again!

Tana Kubricky is the best! She has helped our family plan two family vacations (Mexico and Bahamas) and she always goes the extra mile. Making calls, finding deals, coordinating and planning the whole amazing experience. She is always there to help in anyway way she can! I wouldn't plan a vacation any other way!

I will never use their services again. I gave them one star because that was my only option, I would have given them less. The agents that my wife was working with were great it's when then things change, like venue and everything got turned around, we started having problems mainly with Gayle. She was very rude she kept telling us there's nothing I can do it's done. We spent $200 on a quote no vacation.
