I can live with the higher than average prices, as long as the quality is good. But making me go through the entire ordering process before telling me there's also a $10 "service fee" ONLY for first time customers? Like a first time membership fee?!? That's not a good way to get new customers. You're supposed give incentives for new customer, not the opposite! I was about hit "order" before seeing that. Going somewhere else.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and her daughter one week apart and they absolutely loved them. Prices were very reasonable and the delivery time was perfect. I can't remember the name of the gal that helped me, all I can say is that she was extremely polite and helpful.

Highly Recommended. Another Florist had dropped the ball last minute. I was still able to get flowers sent last minute from their website. Really saved the day. The flower arrangement was stunning! My mom loved her birthday flowers. I am very happy I came across this place. I live out of town but have a lot of friends and family in the Salem area and now I know a florist I can trust to deliver amazing arrangements.

I ordered online for my parents 70th anniversary. I wasn't sure how they would ultimately look but they were beautiful. My Mom loved them. The roses made it elegant and the carnations gave it a lovely scent. Their prices were good and the free delivery made up my mind. Other florists wanted a $10 delivery fee.

This was my first order from them, for Mother's Day. I live in Seattle and my parents live in Salem so I wanted a local florist that I could order from online. I had a good feeling just from their website, it seemed like a business with good vibes that cares about what they do. They did an amazing job, the flowers looked even better than pictured on the website! Very pleased, will absolutely use them for all occasions in the future.
