Fancy Flours

I am extremely disappointed. I drove 5 hours to come shop at this store. I looked at the website prior to going to the store. Upon arriving at the store, I see the door has a sign on it saying "closed to the public due to the pandemic". The website says nothing about the store being closed to the public. All other stores are open to the public, so it makes no sense for Fancy Flours to be closed. Unfortunately, I will be taking my baking business elsewhere.

I love this place! Excellent selection and amazingly unique ideas for every baker under the sun!

I ordered a "Notta Cookie" online from here and I did not receive my package. It was mailed with a "signature required" for the USPS. I was not home when they first tried to deliver it and attempted to get the package redelivered. Unfortunately, the redelivery did not work and when it didn't I contacted the store. I asked if they could possibly send me a new one or refund me my money, explaining the situation. (I am immuno-compromised and would prefer avoid going to the post office and waiting in line to figure out what happened during this pandemic.) I received a voicemail from a woman name Sally, who was incredibly rude and said "I don't believe that's the case because I just tracked your package."in reference to my not being able to get it redelivered.

She told me I should contact the local post office directly--I live in LA and there isn't a direct number to the post offices here. I emailed her and said I would try the option to have the package returned to her and would appreciate a refund and haven't heard back. It was such a disappointing exchange. I would avoid, at all cost, doing business with them online.

If you bake and love to decorate this is the place. The catalog they send out offers so many different cup cake liners, cookie cutters, pastry tips, dish towels for every occasion

Love Love Love this catalog company! Amazing and creative ways to bake at your hands! Really cute molds for super cute "pigs in a blanket" and "shark bites" check them out on the website, you'll need one of each! Recipes galore on the website. If you live local you can order and pick up on site! The owner is down to earth and overall the staff she has will go above and beyond.

Amazing products - lots of different kitchen gadgets that you didn't know you needed! If you need a catalog; call them and they'll send one out. I'm a customer for life. Love the merchandise and variety.

I love their selection of specialty baking items and decorations. We have shopped here for years for those special things you can't get elsewhere.

Literally a baker's paradise. Think of the tiny little baking section at Williams Sonoma or Sur La Table and magnify it x100 in order to get the endless variety of specialty items you can find at Fancy Flours. Personally, I was immediately psyched because I was having such a difficult time finding pure dark muscovado cane sugar- and they had plenty for me to stock up on.

A HUGE selection of edible decor- glitter, pearls, sprinkles, jewels, flowers, and sugar toppers in every shape and size imaginable. More quality cookie cutters than I've ever seen at one store- with some really unique options like cowboy boots, cowboy hats and even a cookie cutter in the shape of the state of Montana! A wide variety of baking sheets, cake pans, molds, fondant, baking tools, kits, oils/extracts and lots more.

Really anything you could ever need to make professional style cakes, cookies and desserts- or even to just spice up the cookie's you're making for your kid's bake sale! But the list doesn't end there- check out their website or online catalog which could consume an endless ammount of time paging through.
