I called Wisteria Florist about a special request for my Aunt's 100th birthday. Gilly was SO VERY EASY to work with! She not only accommodated my request, she went above and beyond! All who spoke with her in my group commented how sweet she was and also VERY impressed with the flowers/bouquets/arrangements that were delivered to my Aunt! I HIGHLY recommend Wisteria Florist and Gilly in Santa Rosa for a very pleasant experience!

This florist is Excellent! I called to request a tropical birthday bouquet and not only did they deliver a STUNNING result but it was such a pleasant customer experience. The florist made a special trip to the flower market to get the tropical flowers and then she created a modern and truly creative mixed bouquet. I needed the flowers to be delivered early in the day and she went above and beyond to get them there on time. Pricing was also reasonable. I heartily recommend Wysteria and will do business with them again!

Definitely of the most beautiful floral arrangements I have ever received -- and the flowers were so fresh. Still enjoying them a week later! Very impressed.

Conveniently located in downtown Derry, this is a great floral shop with a friendly staff and long lasting floral arrangements, along with a storefront that sells many different items like jewelry, candles and other natural products.

Wisteria really hit it out of the park for our May 13 wedding at Landmark Vineyards! Susan was prompt in communicating and easy to work with throughout the entire process. My "floral vision" for our wedding was perfectly executed. Absolutely stunning work at an amazing value.

My Mom's birthday is usually a few days after Mothers' Day. I procrastinate so badly that I am lucky to get her a Mothers' Day card by her birthday. This year her birthday landed on Mothers' Day and I realized the day was almost upon me on Saturday. I figured I 'd messed up again, cause any decent florist would be booked solid or have nothing but daisies left or something.

But Wisteria came through big-time. My Mom's had a hard year, with two major surgeries already and a lot of pain. So I sprang for their $100 special. Mom was bowled over. It was so big she couldn't carry it; had to get a friend to bring it in the house. She said it's beautiful and "not just a few flowers artfully arranged, but crammed with gorgeous flowers." It is so beautiful that pondering it helps her forget the pain of her latest surgery. You really came through. Thank you, Wisteria.

Thanks to Susan at Wisteria, I was able to surprise and delight my wife with lilacs, this morning for our 27th wedding anniversary. They were the flowers my wife carried down the aisle when we got married. We had to scramble to find enough of them then, and I was convinced no one around these parts would still have any this late in the season this year.

But after calling some other local purveyors and being disappointed, I found Wisteria. Susan did in fact still have some lilacs, and complemented them with some lovely tulips and peonies. She was as nice as anyone could be to a stranger on the phone, and the flowers arrived precisely when and as beautifully as promised. Kudos to Susan and Peter for being a wonderful, local antidote to larger, less personal, and less personable alternatives. I now have a go-to florist, and could not be happier!

Fabulous customer service! I called after 12:30 PM, and the flowers were delivered to the hospital within about a 2 hour timeframe of placing my call. Not only were they speedy with their delivery, but the man that assisted me had fabulous customer service skills. Unfortunately, I had to place the order under extremely sad circumstances. My friend who was the recipient of them, said that her spirits were uplifted by receiving them, and that they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Pete at Wisteria designed a breathtaking floral arrangement for a gathering celebrating my mother, who had recently passed. Pete endured the excessive background detail I provided with great patience and careful attention and created this bouquet which had every one of us marveling at how well represented my mother was through his flowers. He even waived the delivery fee so my funds could all go directly to the arrangement. I can't compliment Wisteria enough on their thoughtful work and my gratitude is without bounds.

I called late on a Saturday to have flowers delivered on Sunday and Susan was wonderful. She was so helpful. I know my one of best friends who is like family Chris loved them. She and i met 22 years ago as of the day I sent the flowers. I sent them to her to honor our special friendship. She is 88 years old and lives in a nursing home. She couldn't get over how beautiful the flowers were. It made such a difference for her. Thanks for all of your great caring energy. I will always use your flower shop. JO

Wishing for more stars as customer service was amazing and the flowers arrived were beautifully arranged. It was an amazing bouquet however it was no way close to being worth $100. I've worked in a florist shop throughout high school and college than worked as an event planner for the past 10 years so I know my flowers. From the flower mart in Los Angeles to NYC I've seen every and all flower markets and pricing.

The first star was lost because there was a minimum of $65 for a bouquet. Interesting but Ok fine. I understand there needs to be a minimum for delivery but than to tack on an additional $20 for the actual delivery is a little much. Plus tax. Usually in my experience if there is a minimum they usually waive the delivery fee or there is no minimum but there is a delivery fee. Asking for both is sometimes asking a lot.

I guess the second star was lost because I paid $30 for taxes and delivery fees and didn't get anything extra for it. I spent $100 and got basically a $60 bouquet. For Santa Rosa I think that's a lot. But as I mentioned before the bouquet was beautiful and the staff was lovely. I think as long as your a local and you are able to pick up the flowers yourself you will be ok. But my mother in law loved her flowers so what does money matter when you make your mom smile?

I've been using Wisteria for years and am always pleased. I've sent flowers for birthdays, mother's day, condolences, and I saw Wisteria at a local winery and where they did a fantastic wedding display. The arrangements are fresh, whimsical and remind me of my time living in Europe. The staff are very professional and work hard to satisfy the customer.

And here it is 2 years later and I use them again and WOW! Absolutely beautiful arrangement. Thank you again for such a creative and breathtaking bouquet.

I'm totally happy to spend money on my family, especially when it comes to flowers for my mother for mother's day weekend. But what she got delivered today was a complete disappointment. Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere. I gave specific directions for sunflowers and roses and lilies and what we got was your bottom barrel batch.

April 19th fell on a Sunday this year. It's my best friend's birthday and I am thousands of miles away in Switzerland. I was a day late and desperately called around to several florists in Sebastopol and even one in Forrestville. It was 3:00 in the afternoon (midnight for me here in Switzerland) and no one was available to deliver out to Forestville on the same day.

One florist with a very high Yelp review, had her phone rolling to her voice mail requesting to leave a message if you wanted service. Why would anyone business do that? Then I called Wisteria and spoke to Peter. He said sure, no problem in a typical laid back California fashion (oh how I miss that over here on the other side of the world). My bestie got a bouquet of beautiful red roses delivered to her in less than a couple of hours. What wonderful service! Thanks for saving my day Peter! Cheers from Switzerland!

I live two hours away from Santa Rosa and, when I needed to send flowers, a quick check of yelp revealed that this is the top-rated florist in Santa Rosa - and for good reason. After giving them my CC number, the bouquet was beautiful and delivered promptly. This place is worth the high rating, yelpers, send them your money with confidence!

My daughter attends Sonoma State and we live in another town. I wanted to send her flowers to celebrate an event and based on all of the yelp reviews and photos I picked this florist. When I called, they were in vacation but were kind enough to take my order. The order would be a day later but I was willing to accept that because they were so nice and the photos and reviews really sold me.

What a mistake! The flowers were delivered a day later than agreed upon and the arrangement was so small for what we paid. I really put my trust and confidence in them for something really special and felt very let down and embarrassed.

I recently called Wisteria Florist to deliver a sympathy bouquet to a friend whose husband passed away. They delivered them the same day I called, and from the feedback I got, were absolutely beautiful. When I noticed that I had accidently been overcharged $20 (partly due to a miscommunication between myself and the nice woman taking my order), they removed it promptly and couldn't have been more gracious about the mix-up. Next time I need flowers in the North Bay, I'm calling Wisteria!

Wisteria was one of our wedding sites recommended vendors. So we set an appointment and went for a visit. After our appointment my fiance had said let's go with them. I said I was thinking the same thing, but I asked him why he thought so. He replied that if he ever had to go to another florist appointment he would die, and that they seemed professional so please please don't torture him further. done.

The thing is, they really were great, even though they were the first we tried! They talked through exactly what we were looking for and made notes on precisely what/and whom we wanted flowers for. Then we were allowed to look through some books of past weddings and point out what we liked. Sure enough a wedding we had attended was in there, a wedding which, (being that I was there and remember them) had beautiful flowers.

A few days later we recieved an estimate, detailing who the flowers were for, what our wedding colors, were and what specific flowers they planned to use. and were able to pick and choose the things we wanted and didn't. Susan worked with me meticulously to assure the flowers I really liked were in there. There were even a few phone calls. Really, all you have to do is select your flowers in that initial meeting, pay, and have flowers but that made me really nervous so I kept calling to check in. Susan was always on top of it, despite my neuroses.

The flowers turned out beautiful for the wedding. Just as we'd asked. Plus, from what I have seen from the local SF florists quotes, they were also very reasonable! I posted some pictures of the bouquets from our wedding.
