I ordered two rose bouquets for my wife and mother for Valentine's Day. Toi & Kate did such a wonderful job! Very reasonable prices for the quality and work that goes into the arrangements. My wife and mother were very pleased! I will use them for all my future flower needs. I will also tell all my friends and family where to get flowers in spokane. Thanks again guys! You made this Valentine's Day awesome for me.

For our daughters 40th birthday we sent her the Naturally Beautiful Flowering Plant. She loved the arrangement and we were more than pleased with the great attention to detail they put in it. Service and delivery were also outstanding!

I requested an arrangement with flowers that are difficult to find during this time of year, and unique to warmer climates. They found the flower and created an absolutely stunning arrangement, exactly what I was I had envisioned!

Had two beautiful bouquets and a boutonniere made for our wedding. They were gorgeous and since they came with vases we've been able to enjoy them well after the wedding was over. Very high quality flowers.

This was the most pleasant and caring experience I have ever had at any establishment. The corsage was absolutely stunning and very high quality. Even more remarkably she was able to get it done euthun half a day in time for my prom which was a miracle. If you need any floral products go here!

Overall floral product was decent. But florist was deceptive on pricing and fees. I ordered over the phone and was told the price was 75$ delivered. My card was charged 101$ because they forgot to include delivery and credit card fees. When I asked for a bill they continually failed to produce one. I will not use this florist again! Update 09MAR21: Attempted 2 more phone calls to receive a receipt detailing the costs of the flowers I purchased, the florist could not produce one. Seems like they are quick to reply to google reviews but still can't produce baseline customer service.

Bouquets are always lovely but my birthday flowers lasted 2 weeks! I didn't do anything but water so they must have been really fresh. They were delivered with charm even though I had no tip. I highly recommend.
