This place was terrible door keys wouldn't work and they acted like I was trying to steal the room. terrible customer service, just terrible. smh. my mom had CHF and told them we needed a room on the first floor they didnt care, but that's all the detail I can give without getting upset.

The common area was awesome, clean and inviting. The rooms on the other hand were atrocious, dirty, our bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with a sour dirty rag. Too bad.

The staff was very nice and their service was great. We had a.nice dinning area with a buffet. The meal was absolutely delicious. We are having our Christmas Luncheon there and we are all looking forward to that.

We recently had a birthday celebration here. The staff was awesome, helpful and very friendly from the event planners, associates in the lobby and the servers. We had an amazing time and a wonderful experience. We will definitely plan to do future events at Ramada Inn Mandarin.

Went there for the New Year's Eve party. The All-you-can-eat Prime Rib and Seafood buffet was great. We loved our comedian and DJ. Will definitely go back next year!

Service, food, events were all great, but it just seems like they dont upkeep the hotel that much. Our door keys didnt work, so we had to ask for other keys that also didnt work, my friend's room's AC unit was broken and water was constantly all over the carpet, and they said they had to flush their toilet many times before it would actually work. For as much as I think this hotel was (I was on a all expense paid trip) it wasn't worth it

The wait staff was rude. Went for a wedding reception but it was like they couldn't wait for us to leave. They asked my daughter 3 times if she was done eating even thought there was still food on her plate. Then the staff kept cleaning up the glasses while we were dancing. When I asked how to get more to drink, the lady yelled at me and said she was only taking the empty glasses.
